The UNC Cato Charlotte College of Education is pleased to present the annual Teacher to Teacher Conference (T2T), March 1, 2022. The purpose of this one-day conference is to provide affordable yet meaningful professional development opportunities to regional area educators. P-12 teachers are invited to participate as well as present at the conference. As we celebrate a decade of the Teacher to Teacher Conference, over 2,000 professionals have benefited from the professional development and networking activities associated with this engagement!

Presentation Strands include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining high levels of engagement for all student
• Differentiating for a variety of populations;
• How to be an effective Teacher-Leader;
• Becoming a clinical educator (cooperating teacher) for UNC Charlotte;
• Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM);
• Culturally responsive classrooms; and,
• Effective digital learning and/or assessment strategies.

We welcome opportunities for education-related vendors to attend this conference and share information with P-12 teachers. In this era of reduced budgets, professional developmental dollars are often the first items to be cut. Our hope is that the Teacher to Teacher conference can provide a way for educators to network with each other and with vendors who may potentially provide tools to assist teachers in effectively engaging their student populations.

Doctorate Level – $2,500.00

Master’s Level – $1,000.00

Bachelor’s Level – $500.00

Secondary Level – $250.00

Primary Level – $100.00
